How will ColdTuna ship my order?
We normally ship by FedEx or USPS, which is inexpensive, extremely safe, and relatively fast. If you require very fast delivery, we can also ship your domestic order by FedEx Overnight. When you enter your order, simply choose the shipping option you would prefer during the checkout process.

Does ColdTuna ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship everywhere in the world, except for a handful of countries that don't have a reliable postal or other delivery service due to war, civil unrest, or other emergency conditions.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
To determine your shipping cost, please begin the checkout process where shipping charges will be clearly indicated. Shipping charges are calculated based on your zip code. Shipments within the United States typically take 3 to 5 days.

Can I have parts of my order shipped to more than one address?
Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.
