is the minimum for a wholesale order?
There is no minimum order .
Order what you need, and we'll ship it the next day.

| How
does your wholesale pricing work?
The
prices shown in our wholesale catalog are for quantity 1 per item
and for small to medium-size orders. In general, if you order more
than 100 pieces of a product, you may be eligible for additional
discounts.
Large
wholesalers and distributors -- as mentioned above, please bear
in mind that the prices shown in our catalog are quantity 1 and
apply only to reseller-level orders.

| How do I place a
wholesale order?
- E-mail
us at info@ColdTuna.com, tell us a bit about yourself, and request
access to our on-line wholesale catalog.
- After
you look at the catalog and decide what you want, e-mail us a
list of the items & quantities
- We
review your order and send you a quotation together with the estimated
shipping charges and an estimated shipping date. We will also
ask you to send us the information that we need to open your account.
- Tell
us if you accept the quotation or if you want to make any changes.
We will redo the quotation as many times as necessary until you
are satisfied.

After you accept the quotation, we will send you a Sales Order
for final approval.

What is the delivery
time for a wholesale order?
After
you have approved the Sales Order and remitted payment, we enter
your order into our production scheduling system and can give you
an exact shipping date. Most orders can be shipped in one to two
weeks, but if you order large quantities of certain products, production
may take as long as four weeks.

How do you ship wholesale
orders and what are the charges?
When we send your quotation, we will recommend
shipping either by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or
United Parcel Service. The method that we recommend depends on your
location, the type and value of the products, and the size and weight
of the package. We always advise shipping with insurance, but the
decision is yours. If you have a different preferred shipper (such
as DHL or USPS), we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Once you have decided how
you want us to ship, we calculate the exact cost based on the value,
weight, and size of your package and include the charge in the Sales
Order for your final approval.

What
are your payment terms?
For orders under $5,000, our terms are payment
in full at the time you accept our Sales Order. For orders over
$5,000 with a delivery time of 4 weeks or longer, you may choose
to make an initial payment of 50% at the time you accept our Sales
Order and remit the remaining 50% prior to shipment. We cannot ship
an order before receiving payment in full.

that's not in the catalog - can you make it?
We
are happy to quote on manufacturing any ColdTuna products on an
OEM basis.
